As a new prophecy has broken out across the lands, tensions has risen greatly. Around the Twolegplace, rumors broke out about their kittypets having a strange disease that made most of the Twolegs afraid. Thinking of only themselves and not of their pets, they have kicked most of them out and replaced them with vicious dogs, so that they can be sure the cats stay away. The kittypets have nowhere to go but one place; The Clans. They know that they won't survive unless they find a new home around these strange, wild cats, and as the flood of cats enters the homes of the Clan cats, things got messy. While two of the leaders allowed the kittypets to enter their Clan with open arms, the other two are hostile and fights have broken out between the Clans.

Meanwhile, the sun has taken a turn to the extremes. Heatwaves have beat down on the felines, leaving two of the Clans to a hard decision to make. Thought TwilightClan and MidnightClan both have the shade of the trees, MoonClan and NightClan are mostly out in open territory. The streams and even the river are drying up, the water lower than ever. The fish from the stream were a vital sorce of food for MoonClan, but with the food scarce, they're very unhealthy and not fed enough, although they try not to show it. NightClan, who are usually out on open moors and beneath the stars at night, are at loss. The rabbits have taken to fleeing to their burrows, leaving food scarce. The heat also hits them directly and leaves them but no choice: They are planning to invade another Clan's territory until the heatwaves are gone. But this shall only start up a war of the Clans like no one has seen before. Just how long is it 'til war breaks out?

After two and a half years of being away, Uzumaki Naruto returns to the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Glad to be home, Naruto reunites with his old friends and comrades. One of them, Haruno Sakura, has become a Medical Nin, and quite strong. When the two reunite, the differences the two used to have diminish. The two grow closer, but how close?

Meanwhile, the Jonin and high-ranked ninjas are discussing the matter of the Akatsuki. It seems a storm is approaching - one that could cost them their lives if they aren't careful. The Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, knows it deals with Naruto, but just how much?

Naruto and Sakura reunite with Hatake Kakashi, their old sensei. They show off how much they learned over the years - with Sakura scaring both of them. But the fun does not last when Tsunade gives the team a mission.

Now, Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi must travel outside of Konoha, facing deadly dangers along the way. The Mission:
